Jurema Hopkins Decor was born from the meeting of nature, ancestry and design.

I am Jurema Hopkins, an artist and interior designer with Indigenous roots and Italian heritage. My story began in the Brazilian countryside, where I learned to create with what nature offers: wood, branches, fibres, seeds and natural elements that, in the right hands, become beauty, meaning and art.

For over 40 years, I worked as a hairdresser, transforming appearances and caring for people through my work. When life invited me to slow down, I reconnected with my true essence: creating pieces that connect people with nature, time and their own sensitivity.

Each creation is handmade with care, respect for the materials and a clear intention: to bring harmony, authenticity and positive energy into homes. These are not simply decorative objects they are expressions of identity, memory and connection.

The Jurema Hopkins brand represents a more conscious, sensitive and human way of living. An invitation to slow down, feel, belong and live surrounded by the simple and powerful beauty of nature.

The delivery time starts counting from the approval of your order and is counted in business days from 8 am to 6 pm. Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

You will receive an email when your order is approved and also for the other stages of its progress: preparation, invoice issuance, shipment to the carrier and delivery.

To check the progress of your order, simply access the “my orders” option on your account page.

Credit and Debit Card – installments up to 12x

Approval time varies depending on your chosen payment method. We offer two viable payment methods:

Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): generally, it takes up to 3 business days for bank processing. Therefore, payments made on Friday will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday;

Credit or Debit Card: approval is usually instant. If any data is entered incorrectly during the purchase process, both you and we will be notified, and we will contact you to confirm the information so you can complete the purchase again.

No! We protect your information to provide a seamless and personalized experience across our wide range of products. Therefore, all we collect is your name, contact information, and delivery address!

ATTENTION! If you notice that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when finalizing your purchase, please contact us immediately to avoid problems at the time of delivery.

Your address cannot be changed after 24 hours from the purchase being made on our website, as the order may have already been delivered to the airline.

Note: We do not change the customer’s address unless requested.

You can track your order using the tracking code that we automatically send to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the purchase is shipped, within an average of 7 to 10 business days. You can track it from its departure from the country of origin until its arrival at the location registered at the time of purchase.

If you purchase 2 or more different products, they may be shipped in separate packages. Therefore, different tracking codes will be issued for each product.

As the shipping method is international, the tracking code may take 3 to 10 days to show the current status.
