1. Right to Return
In accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
All accessories or components are included
Custom-made or personalised pieces may be excluded unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed before completing your purchase.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays or external factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery status online.
4. Missed Deliveries
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to absence or incorrect address details, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
