J.artdecor guarantees the right to return the product within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must not have been used, washed, or repaired;
The product must have the invoice or sales receipt of the purchase.

The refund of the amount paid for the product will be made as follows:
Credit card: The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase, within 7 (seven) business days after approval of the return.
Bank slip: The refund will be made by bank transfer, within 7 (seven) business days after approval of the return.
